What We Collect
Filling out the quote form on rightwaytomoving.com hands us the basics you choose to give: name, phone, email, moving dates, the two addresses involved, and roughly what needs to move. Ring our Philadelphia line instead and Trevor’s dispatch desk jots down the same handful of details to price your job. Nothing about your card or bank account passes through that form.
What It’s Used For
Your information turns into a quote, and once you book, into a scheduled crew and truck. Expect the occasional follow-up call or email — confirming a detail, shifting a date, checking in once the job’s done. Right Way to Moving is the only outfit that ever sees what you submit; it doesn’t get sold, rented, or forwarded to another mover, broker, or lead network.
Cookies & Analytics
Like most sites, ours runs basic analytics to see which pages get traffic and whether the quote form actually works. It’s aggregated, not tied to you personally, and you’re welcome to block cookies in your browser — a few features (the quote form included) may just run a little rougher without them.
Outside Vendors
A short list of vendors keeps the office running: a CRM for tracking quotes and jobs, ordinary email and phone service, and a card processor when an invoice gets paid that way. None of them get to use your details for their own marketing, and we never hold your card number ourselves.
How Long We Keep It
Job and quote records stick around only as long as scheduling, billing, and claims reasonably require, plus whatever extra stretch federal recordkeeping rules for household-goods carriers demand. Past that, records get deleted or archived in a way that can’t be traced back to you.
Your Options
Ask any time what we’ve got on file under your name, ask us to fix it, or ask us to clear it out once there’s no open job, invoice, or legal retention requirement standing in the way. Send that request to the contact info below — it’s handled directly by us, no middleman involved.
Kids
This site and its quote form are built for adults booking a move, not for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly gather information from minors.
If This Page Changes
Any real change to how information gets collected or used shows up here, with an updated effective date, and we won’t quietly start using older data in a new way without giving you a fair shot at knowing.
